I have a question on step 5. When it says to place the first supplied clip on top corner of the camper to the canvas, in the video it mentions screwing something in. Are these clips meant to be screwed into the exterior of the camper?

    • Gekko Popout Covers says:

Hello Christopher. This was for the screw-lock clamps but we have recently switched to ratcheting clamps which have made the installation process easier.

When it rains does water get underneath the Gekko cover? trying to figure out if it would need to be removed to dry everything out?

    • Gekko Popout Covers says:

Hello Danielle, if the cover is tucked under the lip of the popout there should not be any water seepage between the popout and the cover, the water will bead and run off and dry once the rain has stopped.
